Can I enroll in Smart Charge Management if I live in an apartment building?

Most customers living in apartments and other multi-unit housing do not qualify for the Smart Charge Management program. The program requires customers to charge at home using a charger or circuit that gets charged to their electric account. This disqualifies most customers in multi-unit housing, where many people would need to charge on a shared meter that is not associated with their electric account.
